4 years ago 11 194 5:04

In London shortly after World War II, author Ralph Fiennes is asked by civil servant friend Stephen Rea for help in determining whether wife Julianne Moore is seeing another man. What Rea doesn't know is that Fiennes and Moore had a passionate affair years earlier that she abruptly broke off, and now an obsessed Fiennes seeks to learn why she left him. Writer/director Neil Jordan's rain- and emotion-soaked translation of the Graham Greene tale also stars Ian Hart. 109 min.
